Introduction of Annual Performance Appraisal System (APAR) in Central IHMs from the Academic Year 2010-11

In pursuance of the recommendations of the 2nd Administrative Reforms Commission stipulating that the performance appraisal  system for all services be made more consultative and transparent, it has been decided to introduce the Annual Performance Appraisal Reporting (APAR) System for the Principal and teaching faculty in all Central Institutes of Hotel Management with effect from the Assessment Year 2010-11.
